Late Policy 

        Please be advised that we offer a 15-minute grace period for appointment arrivals. If you anticipate running behind schedule, we kindly ask that you give us a call to inform us of any delays. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process. Thank you.

Rescheduling 

         We kindly remind you that any rescheduled appointments should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additionally, please note that there will be a one-time transfer of deposit when rescheduling, and there is a 30-day rebooking grace period in effect. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Cancellations and Deposits

        Please note that deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred to future appointments.  All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reschedule on the booking webpage or contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
