What to expect & how to Prepare

Thank you for choosing to book with Velvet Lux Hair Co. I am excited to give you a beautiful ,relaxing experience to help your appointment run smoothly and ensure the best results.  Please take a moment to review the following information on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

• Shampoo/Deep Conditioning services are included in all of our appointment types. If you book under "No Shampoo Needed Services" these services WILL NOT include the shampoo so that the client can save time and money. 
• Trims/Cut are currently included until 2026. 
• Synthetic Braid Extensions are included in all braid related services unless specified as a natural braid style. Human Hair Extension is also included in all Goddess/Boho styles. The number of bundles are specified and additional bundles are available for add on when booking.
• Extension Install services DO NOT include extension however they are available for purchase and can be purchased separately. Please reach out 10-14 days prior to your appointment to purchase, this ensures we have your desired length and pattern.

• Please detangle your hair thoroughly before your appointment. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures a smoother service. If extra detangling is needed, it may result in additional time and fees.
• If you have chosen a "No Shampoo Needed Service" please be sure to shampoo and condition your hair 24 hours prior to your service. For best result, please use a Leave- in conditioner and light oils. Please come with your hair blown out and jumbo twists/braids to prevent shrinkage or hair reverting.
